Terms and Conditions:

Cambalache-BA's working hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 PM

Cambalache-BA- Horarios de oficina: Lunes-Viernes 9 AM-18 hs

Visiting hours to the apartments: Monday-Friday 9 AM-7 PM. Saturdays 10 AM-12 PM

Horarios de visita a departamentos: Lunes-Viernes  9 AM-19 hs. Sábados 10 AM-12 PM

Temporary apartment and room rentals

Maximum stay: 6 months. The contract can be renewed for the same period or less.

Booking

The reservation fee is the 20% of the first month of rent. It is non refundable in case you decide not rent the apartment and cancel the reservation.

In order to proceed with the booking, the following information is requested: Full name, passport number, legal address and a passport copy.

No show:

The Cambalache-BA agent will wait at the apartment for 30 minutes after the agreed check in time. If we you don't arrive during that time and we didn't recieve any notice of the delay, it will be considered a now show and the apartment will be available on the market once again. In this case the reservation fee is also non refundable because it is considered as a cancelation.

Check in

2 PM. If the apartment is available before, the check in will be performed during the following time schedule and it will be arranged with the client:

Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM. Saturdays: 10 AM-12 PM

Check out

9 AM-12 PM. Late check out: 1 additional night will be charged.

Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM. Saturdays: 10 AM-12 PM

Check in and Check out with an additional charge:

Check in & Check out’s will not be performed after 8 PM.

Monday-Friday: 6 PM-8 PM: 30 USD 

Saturdays: 12 PM-8 PM. 40 USD 

Sundays & Holidays: 50 USD 

Contract renewals:

If you decide to renew the contract, you must inform with 1 month of anticipation prior to the end of the actual contract. 

Security deposit

Equivalent to 1 month of rent

The security deposit acts as a guarantee for the owner in case something breaks and has to be repaired or replaced. If nothing  happens, the total amount is returned to you at check out. The owner keeps this deposit until the end of your stay.

Agency fee:

0-5 month contract: 20% of the total amount stated on the contract

6 month contract: The equivalent to 1 month of rent
1 year (2 contracts of 6 months each): The equivalent to 1 month and a half of rent

Continuous renewal-Same tenants
0-5 month contract: 10% of the total amount stated on the contract
6 month contract: The equivalent to the half of 1 month of rent
1 year (2 contracts of 6 months each): The equivalent to 1 month of rent

Airport transportation

You will be greeted by a very friendly and trustworthy person from our staff at the airport. A sign with your name will be the identification. You will be taken to the apartment you booked and an agent from our staff will be waiting for you there to perform the check in.

Reservation fee: 20% of the cost of the service. It is non refundable in case of cancelation or no show.

Payment

All payments are managed in USD (US dollar) or if it's not possible to the client, we accept Argentine pesos at the official exchange rate of that day of the National Bank of Argentina (BCRA).

Responsability

The agency ''Cambalache-BA'' is not responsible in case of a fortuitous incident or accident during the period of time of the services you have hired, because the agency only acts as an intermediary and advisor.

Alquiler de departamentos y habitaciones temporarios:

Estadía máxima: 6 meses. El contrato puede ser renovado por un período menor o igual.

Reserva:

Para reservar el departamento se solicita el pago correspondiente al 20% correspondiente al primer mes de alquiler. La reserva no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación posterior a la misma.

Para proceder con la reserva se le solicitará la siguiente información personal:

No show

Un agente de la agencia aguardará 30 minutos posteriores a la hora establecida del check in. Si usted no se presenta durante dicho período y no notifica de su retraso o ausencia, se dará por cancelada la reserva y el departamento estará nuevamente disponible en el mercado. El no show se considera una cancelación, por lo tanto la reserva tampoco es reembolsable en esta situación.

Check in

14 HS. Si el departamento se encuentra disponible antes de dicho horario, el check in se realizará dentro del siguiente horario previamente coordinado con el cliente:

Lunes-Viernes 9 AM-18 hs. Sábados: 10 AM-12 PM

Check out

9 AM-12 PM. Check out fuera de horario: Se cobrará una noche adicional.

Lunes-Viernes 9 AM-18 hs. Sábado: 10 AM-12 PM

Check in and Check out con cargo adicional

No se realizarán check in & check out luego de las 20 hs.

Lunes-Viernes: 6 PM-20 hs:  30 USD

Sábados: 12 PM-20 hs :       40 USD

Domingos y feriados:           50 USD 

Renovación de contratos:

Si desea renovar un contrato, debe informarlo con 1 mes de anticipación previo a la finalización del contrato actual.

Depósito en garantía

Equivale al monto de 1 mes de alquiler

Se abona un depósito en garantía que funciona como resguardo del propietario en caso de que suceda un inconveniente y haya que reemplazar o reparar algo. En caso de que nada suceda, se le devuelve el monto total al momento del check out. El depósito queda en manos del o la propietaria hasta el fin de la estadía.

Costo por servicio brindado de agencia:

Contrato de 0 a 5 meses: 20% sobre el monto total del contrato

Contrato de 6 meses: El equivalente a 1 mes de alquiler

Contrato de 1 año (2 contratos de 6 meses): El equivalente a 1 mes y medio de alquiler

Renovación continua-Mismos inquilinos:

Contrato de 0 a 5 meses: 10% sobre el monto total del contrato

Contrato de 6 meses: El equivalente a medio mes de alquiler

Contrato de 1 año (2 contratos de 6 meses): El equivalente a 1 mes de alquiler

Transporte-Aeropuerto

Una persona amigable y de confianza de nuestro equipo lo estará esperando en el aeropuerto con un cartel con su nombre completo como identificación. Lo transportará hacia el departamento reservado y allí lo recibirá un agente de nuestra agencia para realizar el check in.

Reserva: Se debe abonar el 20% del costo del servicio. No es reembolsable en caso de cancelación o no show.

Pago

Los pagos deben realizarse en USD (dólares estadounidenses), de no ser posible para el cliente adquirirlos, aceptaremos pesos argentinos al cambio oficial del día del Banco de la Nación Argentina (BCRA).

Responsabilidad 

La agencia Cambalache-BA no se hace responsable por incidentes o accidentes generados de manera fortuita durante el período en el que se brindaron los servicios ya que actúa únicamente como asesora e intermediaria entre las partes.
